Each year, we look toward October as a way to honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month
at Cottingham Chalk. Usually the the signature pink ribbons go up on the building within
the first few days of October to serve as a reminder of our continuous hope, to show support
for those fighting & admiration for the survivors.
Once during this brightly colored month, we turn our sales meeting into a sea of pink as
we support the fight against breast cancer. We really had some fun this year by:
Having a musical guest, PINK, rocking out via video as we arrived.
The pink panther was a topic of conversation.
Awarding a fun little prize for the pinkest person
And other fun little activities
Daniel Cottingham, Buster Cox, Goldee Payton, Sandy Larsh,
Dan Cottingham, John Chalk & Aaron Davis
Sara Roche & Baxter Hayes
Our two pinkest people: Donna Cox & Susan Knee Smith
Carla Shober, Suzanne Lail, Daniel Cottingham & Skip O’Neal
Dan Cottingham, Judy Raghavan & John Chalk
While you can tell we have a little fun with our Think Pink Sales Meeting, we really take
Breast Cancer Awareness seriously. We all know someone who has been touched by Breast
Cancer in some way, shape or form. We look at it as a great way to increase awareness
of the disease & the unbelievable effect it has on so many each year. It’s pretty scary to think,
231,840 new cases of breast cancer will be discovered in 2015 alone.

Our pink ribbons are up, we are wearing our pink and we will continue throughout Pinktober.
We will be supporting the fighters,
admiring the survivors,
and never giving up our hope!
