“The price of success is hard work, dedication to the job at hand, and the determination that whether we win or lose, we have applied the best of ourselves to the task at hand.” Vince Lombardi
My goal is success!
I am a native Charlottean and have had the pleasure of seeing the city grow and transform over the years. It’s an amazing area to live in! If the “big city” is not for you, there are quaint small towns that surround Charlotte and make for an easy commute. Whether you are buying or selling, my commitment to you is to make the process as easy and stress free as possible. I will always work hard, be honest and respect your time and needs. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you!

Love to travel!
Joining Cottingham Chalk during a pandemic has been a challenge. Thankfully, everyone at Cottingham Chalk has been so welcoming and helpful! They have made me feel like part of the team.
I love that Charlotte has a reputation as a clean city. While working uptown, business travelers often commented about how clean and pretty it is here. I believe that to be true but, native Charlotteans may take that for granted. Charlotte has something for everyone; sports, arts, outdoor events and festivals, and craft brewery tours. Also, Charlotte is a short drive to great mountain attractions and beautiful beaches!
I don’t know if I have one favorite vacation spot. I love to travel and have a love for beaches, mountains and deserts. I think if I have to chose, it would be the Mayan Riviera because the beach was pristine.
In spite of the fact I can’t swim, I love being around, and in the water. I can spend days on the beach or tubing down a river.
I have been on the TV show “First 48.”
I was born and raised in Charlotte. I was the youngest of five. From the time I was a child playing with doll houses, I always had an interest in interior design and houses.
I am married and have an adult son, as well as two adult step children, and one beautiful granddaughter. I learned that I am allergic to my cats, Thelma and Louise. Unfortunately, I will be re-homing them soon so that I can breathe again.
I struggled out of high school trying to find my place in life. I worked jobs from banking and fast food management, to being a hair dresser. As a hairdresser I met two female police officer that inspired me to take that test. I passed the test, made it through rookie school, and became an officer with the Charlotte Police Department. I learned more and more about Charlotte, and about people, during my 29 year career there. I loved my career but when it was time to retire, I was ready to pursue my career in real estate.
I am over the top excited to be working in real estate on a great team and with a great firm. I hope that my excitement and enthusiasm resonates with all of my clients.
