With a slightly eclectic feel, an abounding Charlotte history and some offbeat attractions, there
is nothing quite like Plaza Midwood. First established in the early 1900’s, this significant neighborhood
has had it’s ebb and flows – flourishing during the Great Depression, experiencing a downturn in
the 1950’s & a rejuvenation again in the early 1990’s. Today, the popularity of the neighborhood
continues to grow. Streets are lined with mature trees which shade the charming cottages &
bungalows. Each of these homes has a unique touch and character, drawing future homeowner’s in.
With a wide array of restaurants, cool bars and shops this just adds to the appeal. Plus, did we
mention the neighborhoods close proximity to Uptown? Add in the convenience factor &
this is what makes Plaza Midwood so appealing!
