As a native Charlottean and second-generation Broker, I have a very keen sense for the industry. I am confident with my experience and level of professionalism and have a superior understanding of our vibrant Charlotte real estate market. FUN FACTS

  • The culture at Cottingham Chalk is so special because of the people, values and positive atmosphere. We are a family at Cottingham Chalk and it is inspiring to work with some of the most talented and dedicated agents in the business.

  • Charlotte has so much to offer. Beautiful and unique neighborhoods, great food, fun events year round, and amazing weather. It is the most well rounded city in my opinion and is why I came back after college; plus all of my family lives here so its an added bonus!

  • I do not have one specific spot but traveling is one of my favorite things to do and so far Croatia is the coolest place I have visited. Next on the list is bouncing around South America.

  • Watching the Carolina Panthers play is my favorite pastime activity. Fall is my favorite season of the year because of football!

  • I love all things outdoors and anything adventurous. So far I’ve been skydiving and paragliding. Hoping to add hang-gliding and bungie jumping to the resume eventually.

ABOUT ME

I have a deep love for Charlotte and feel so lucky to call our beautiful Queen City my home. Born and raised in Charlotte, I grew up in Myers Park and graduated from Myers Park High School. Then I headed off to Oxford, Mississippi to attend the University of Mississippi obtaining a degree in the Business School with my focus on Marketing and Corporate Relations. I considered several other cities after college but chose moving back to thriving Charlotte that has so much to offer.

Being a Broker gives me so much joy and satisfaction and my goal is to provide every client an exceptional home buying or selling experience from start to closing. I will always listen carefully to your personal motivations when representing you as a buyer and I have excellent experience with staging and know how to position your home to be 100 percent market ready.

When I am not working with my clients, I love exploring new restaurants, breweries, and all that Charlotte has to offer. If you know me, I am always listening to music, so I try to catch local concerts every chance I get! Being outside keeps me grounded so I enjoy taking walks & running around my neighborhood, Madison Park.
