FUN FACTS

  • The best part about the Cottingham Chalk team is the camaraderie between all agents. I value being a part of an agency that pools their combined resources and knowledge to help provide clients with the best possible real estate experience.

  • I love the atmosphere of Charlotte. We have all the amenities of a large city but with a big town vibe. The constant growth we’re witnessing contributes to Charlotte being an ideal environment to live, work, and play.

  • My favorite vacation spot is a tie between my family’s cabin outside of Charlottesville, Virginia and anywhere I’ve never been before.

  • I love trying new things, whether it’s traveling somewhere I’ve never been or exploring one of Charlotte’s many new restaurants or bars.
  • I enjoy getting outdoors – anything from golfing or playing tennis, biking around the neighborhood, or hiking with family and friends.

  • I’m a Lego-enthusiast and am hoping to pass on my passion to my newborn nephew.

ABOUT ME

Born and raised in Fairfax, Virginia and the son of a residential real estate appraiser, I helped part-time with my father’s business while attending the University of South Carolina. After graduation I moved to Atlanta and spent several years working in commercial real estate for CBRE, a fortune-500 company.

Although my wife and I loved living in Atlanta, moving to Charlotte was one of the best decisions we have ever made. After moving to Charlotte and continuing to work for CBRE in property management, I feel I have an extremely well-rounded expertise for all aspects of the real estate market. With this being said, I have found my true passion as a realtor. I genuinely enjoy the ability to make personal connections with my clients and help make their dreams a reality. I believe there is no better place to foster this type of dedication than Cottingham Chalk. They have a real footprint in the community and are committed to their clients’ goals.

Though not a Charlotte native, I am intimately familiar with the Charlotte market and thrilled about our continued expansion and growth. Growth is my objective, for both myself and my clients. Whether looking to rent, buy, sell, build, or invest, let me guide you through the process and help you grow through real estate.
