FUN FACTS
- I chose Cottingham Chalk because of the people. It immediately felt like home and I felt first hand how much they care about people.
I love that Charlotte has the amenities of a large city; but retains its small city charm.
My favorite vacation spot is Isle of Palms, SC in the Spring and Fall.
Up until I had children, I played the violin semi-professionally.
ABOUT ME
For as long as I can remember, I have had a passion for houses. I think that is why I have lived in so many different neighborhoods in Charlotte (SouthPark, Uptown, Plaza Midwood, Dilworth and currently Myers Park). Our last three homes were built in the 1920’s – 1930’s and I am drawn to the character and history of older houses.
Prior to real estate, I worked as a Senior Vice President in the financial services industry for 26 years with 14 of those years in Community Development Lending. During this time, I worked with affordable housing developers across the U.S. providing financing for their multi-family properties. This was a very rewarding job in helping to strengthen communities across the country. Additionally, my lending background will prove beneficial for my clients as they navigate the mortgage loan process.
In my previous roles in the financial services industry, I have been recognized for my client relationship, organization, follow through and issue resolution skills. All of these skills will help me enable you to get to the closing table as seamlessly as possible.
