From what we know about the brewing process, it takes a while to really perfect that one-of-a-kind
batch of beer. We feel the same about real estate, it also takes time to build the
one-of-a-kind real estate company. We’ve been perfecting for over 30+ years and each
year keeps getting better & better!

Yesterday we celebrated our successes again this year at our CCH “Another Good Year’s
a Brewing” Party and what better way to celebrate than with our CCH family at one
of Charlotte’s best breweries, Olde Mecklenburg Brewery!

Mother nature smiled upon us & graced us with a slightly cooler summer day,
making for great cornhole weather! Some great team match-ups were made
& lots of healthy, light-hearted competition.
While some got in a few good rounds of cornhole, others just enjoyed the
enchantment of the biergarten with a little good conversation.
The food was amazing! Good food. Good beer.
We enjoyed watching the Tuesday Night – Beer Yoga Class out in the grassy area.
Several of us can’t wait to join in on some of the upcoming classes. Charlotte
has so many cool things going on around the city that you just never really
know unless you get out & explore.
We just feel so blessed to be able to work with such incredible people. We are passionate
about what we do & hope it shines through. Looking forward to “Another Good Year” which
is brewing right now & to many more to come, as we continue to work
toward the perfection of real estate. Cheers!!
